AAA Precisions capabilities are constantly growing. As an ISO 9001:2005 Approved CNC Machining company, we produce components from a variety of materials, and we specialise in exotic materials such as Duplex and Inconel.

All goods are supplied to completion which may include plating, anodising and heat treatment etc.

Our goal is to improve quality for our customers and recognise that standards must be maintained throughout all stages of manufacture and therefore we have strict procedures in place to ensure this.

We supply high quality components to a wide range of industries, including Oil and gas, Automotive, Building, Security, Industrial Cleaning and Blasting, Industrial lighting and even the Medical sector.

Machining Capabilities

Turning (with C&Y axis milling and drilling): Diameter max.350mm; Length max.610mm; Bar diameter max. 76.2mm (3")

Milling: Work piece maximum 1100mm x 600mm with fourth axis machining; Spindle speed 10000 RPM; Through spindle coolant

Batch sizes: Small to medium batch sizes 1 to 100,000 off. Where large annual quantities are required, we will run these in the most economic way.
